I am the main point of contact and team lead managing four European markets (Germany, UK, Netherlands, Scandinavia) in a lead agency set-up at BAM Communications based in Berlin-Managing two regional teams (DE & UK) and two external agencies (NL & SC) to achieve all client objectives in each market-Seasonal strategy (DE, UK, NL, SC): ambassador program, community building, in-market activation ideation, implementation and budget proposal-Planning and overseeing all press outreach for German, UK and international markets – establishing key influencer and media relationships-Managing production, concept and creative, guest management and budget tracking for events series across multiple markets -Identifying specific market opportunities, pitching them to the client and securing additional projects for the agency-Identifying new business opportunities in market and through my own personal network
