As well as editing short form content for our 7 successful YouTube channels, I also ran the day-to-day operation of 2 of them, WhatCulture (Main Channel - 2.3m subscribers), and WhoCulture (100K subscribers). Ensuring videos have been through the appropriate clearances, I create and implement a schedule for their publish date. Creating thumbnails, and inputting end screen elements, call-to-actions, and tags, I put each video in a position to earn as much revenue as possible. A thriving community is the reason we get our views, therefore audience engagement is always at the forefront of my mind before, during, and after publishing.As well as channel managing and video editing, I also handled recruitment on the video side of the company. Responding to and interviewing applicants is an important aspect of the role in order to help brand growth.
