I support with the following- Tracking and taking ownership of talent pipelining for current and upcoming Ticketmaster/Live Nation vacancies - Driving recruitment practices to encourage direct hires- Working alongside members of the wider recruitment team to manage and support candidates- Driving direct recruitment channels using social media and Job Boards
