I undertake research, teaching and administration as a university academic. In my research I combine my experience in biological hearing with the conception and development of new transducers and sensor systems. I am also actively involved in research on various instrumentation systems, with experience in scanning probe microscopy, including atomic and magnetic force microscopy, and scanning laser vibrometry. I currently teach 4th year (Bachelors) analogue electronics, and MSc biomedical electronics.
