I specialize in navigating complex, high-pressure environments to optimise strategic decision-making and deliver shareholder value.My focus throughout my career has been on leading organisations through significant change and driving results:• Strategic Transactions & M&A: Key role in the financial due diligence for the disposals of the EU and US businesses for $62m at XLMedia PLC. I also advised the Board on $30m of shareholder distributions in 2025 and supported a prior attempted sale of the PLC in 2023.• Financial Control & Transformation: Led major finance restructures, improved financial control environments, and implemented new ERP, P2P, and financial planning systems to enhance efficiency and capabilities at XLMedia, MPS, and Morrisons.• Risk & Tax Mitigation: Successfully played a key role in negotiations with HMRC and the Israeli tax authorities to reduce tax bills for XLMedia, and project-managed the freeing up of significant distributable reserves at Morrisons.I possess deep expertise in IFRS & GAAP reporting, statutory audits, and tax strategy. My career began at PwC in Assurance and includes senior roles across financial services (MPS), retail (Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC), and telecoms (KCOM Group PLC).Currently serving as Interim Finance Director at XLMedia PLC, where I advise the Board on strategic capital allocation and cash management, ensuring a smooth transition across numerous overseas locations ahead of the final liquidation process.
