I have extensive experience planning and executing product development projects. I\'ve also written standard work and created the process for introducing products at Albany engineered products. My thesis work at MIT was focused on improving project performance at Pratt & Whitney. I have a passion for project / program management with a design to cost or continuous improvement culture. The goal is to bring products to completion more quickly without costly redesign activity.I also had the opportunity of taking a product into production on the LEAP program. I spent two years on the manufacturing side of the house developing and improving the process, performing RCCA activity, leading the LEAN implementation in a green field space.
