I manage the installation and on going service of AV systems for K-12, Higher Education, corporate, as well as broadcast clients. Our AV systems employee the use of various control systems such as Crestron, Biamp, Qsys, Extron, AMX, etc. Our projects range in scope from the simple to the complex from the small to the large to the wired and the wireless. We have installed video teleconference,(VTC), systems for conference rooms and large general session spaces, PA systems for auditoriums, digital signage, video walls, Smart Boards, large projection screens, multi-zone or room applications and more. I work with our team of sales persons, engineers, installers, programers and vendors to ensure our client\'s needs are met. I work with general contractors, electricians, client\'s project mangers, facility managers, IT managers, and sub-contractors.Duties include but are not limited too:Site surveys/ Ascertaining scope/ Review Technical drawings/ Equipment procurement scheduling/ Securing labor, rental gear, installation parts/ Coordinating project schedules/ Project Budgeting & reporting/ Programming/ Troubleshooting installs and equipment/ Training installers and client\'s/ Managing vehicle maintenance/ Leading project kick off meetings/ Learn new systems/ Continue to develop leadership skills/ Work with various project management tools and software
