I am responsible for the provision and management of all IT infrastructure, network and related support services across the business. My main responsibilities include: • Making a leading contribution towards the development of the Soha IT Strategy and ensure that it is aligned to support the corporate plan objectives • Ensuring that the actions arising from the IT Strategy and Soha’s Corporate Plan are implemented and delivered • Ensuring that IT leads on the on-going agile and digitalisation of the business • Providing day to day management to the Infrastructure Team in order to deliver a high quality service to colleagues across Soha • Ensuring that infrastructure and network is reliable, fit for purpose to supports current and future business needs • Ensuring that current hardware and software has very high levels of availability for all staff across the business
