I joined the close knit team at Rinaldo\'s to help lead the coffee roasting and purchasing in spring 2025.My role is varied day to day, with responsibilities including roast profile development, consistent roasting of blends and single origin coffees, green coffee purchasing, managing house and seasonal espresso offerings, QC and recipe development. Alongside these roles, I also assist with social media, website and e-marketing, retail product purchases, liaising with machinery and equipment suppliers, events, b2b and b2c sales and the management of the roastery espresso bar.
