The Military & First Responder Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between Holly Hill, Brynn Marr, and Old Vineyard Hospitals and the military and first responder communities we serve. This role ensures seamless coordination of care for active-duty service members, veterans, first responders, and their families by providing direct referral support, placement guidance, and ongoing communication with referring partners.Key responsibilities include-Acting as a dedicated resource for military and first responder referral sources, ensuring patients are placed in the most appropriate setting of care-Coordinating access to Holly Hill’s dedicated Military Unit, as well as services at Brynn Marr and Old Vineyard, part of the UHS Family of care-Building strong relationships with military commands, VA representatives, first responder organizations, and community partners-Ensuring timely updates, continuity of care, and family/command involvement when appropriate-Promoting specialized programming for PTSD, TBI, substance use, and co-occurring behavioral health conditions, with trauma-informed, culturally competent care.
