Lead enterprise-wide records and information management strategy, establishing governance frameworks, retention schedules, classification standards, and defensible disposition practices of company information in alignment with all applicable legal, regulatory, and business requirements.• Direct and manage the end-to-end in-house e-discovery process, overseeing data preservation, collection, review, and production to ensure efficient, defensible, and compliant responses to legal and regulatory discovery requests.• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, setting and executing strategic priorities, developing talent, and consistently delivering operational excellence within a complex and highly regulated environment.• Establish and manage a distributed network of over 70 records custodians across the enterprise, enabling consistent policy adoption while maintaining centralized oversight, standards, and accountability.• Serve as a trusted advisor on recordkeeping obligations, providing guidance on legal and regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliant information life cycle management across business units.• Advise executive leadership and business partners across the organization on AI implementation, ensuring comprehensive oversight of legal and regulatory implications for information governance.• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, and Audit teams to operationalize corporate records and retention policies, align technology with business and governance objectives, and mitigate information-related risks.• Lead the selection and implementation of an enterprise-wide legal hold and e-discovery solution focused on utilization of AI to streamline the administration of legal holds and ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective management of legal and regulatory matters.
