When I joined Jackson, I facilitated the ramp up of two scrum teams supporting the finance group. I worked with the Agile Coach to provide role-based training to the team members and Product Owners. These teams worked on a variety of finance systems and focused on a recent Oracle implementation. I served on the Agile Community of Practice (COP) as a steering group member and participated in the Jira and Jira Align Community of Practice (COP). After two years, I transitioned to the cloud delivery ART and serving as the Scrum Master for two teams delivering cloud-based solutions. • Facilitated the ramp up of two Oracle delivery teams within the finance space • Served on the steering committee for the Agile COP within the organization • Joined the cloud delivery ART serving as scrum master for two high-performing teams • Served the organization through promotion and creation of best practices across 30+ scrum teams • Served as a mentor for junior scrum masters • Introduced team health and engagement measurements promoting continuous improvement • Facilitated working groups resulting in several new initiatives for continuous improvement which raised overall health and engagement scores across the ART • Facilitated estimation and story mapping workshops resulting in improved predictability in team’s delivery • Worked with the Product Owners and Product Directors driving success with each team • Facilitated scrum ceremonies • Participated in Jira and Jira Align COP • Facilitated Agile role-based-training for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team
