Senior leader with a proven record of accomplishments leading criminal, fraud, counterintelligence, and security matters, including inspections, investigations, operations, policy, and training. I’ve also led whole of government efforts in regard to counterintelligence program management to strengthen the safety and security of the nation. Within the Department of Defense (DOD), crafted policy and training at the military service level. I’ve represented the DOD and U.S. in cooperation and capacity building with international partners in both permissive and non-permissive environments, to ensure the safety and security of military members serving our nation in foreign countries. Broad, deep strategic knowledge of Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement and Security programs within the DOD and the Intelligence Community (IC) spanning many functional areas including investigations, operations, training, planning, programming, and budgeting. Developed and initiated efforts to significantly increase counterintelligence capability of U.S. Forces in Afghanistan; developed strategy for the creation of a never before attempted approach to assist the non-intelligence community executive branch agencies develop their counterintelligence programs.
