Innovation is my passion, finding better and new ways to deliver value both for my clients and the teams within which I work by implementing new processes, technologies and business models.I am a business and digital leader who has created and grown consulting business for over 20 years by delivering technology enabled transformations across many industries.From my early days using Lean and Sigma to optimise processes based on customer centricity to save 20 to 30% of effort to more recent times implementing leading technologies such as E comm or PLM solutions, I believe that people are and need to remain the focus of any change.My expertise is focused on making complicated situations, processes and programmes simple. Striving to help my clients and teams see for themselves how processes can be improved or an ERP, PLM, RPA, E Comm, or analytics solutions can help them and their customers.
