An Area Manager with Excellerate Group is responsible for overseeing and managing cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring client satisfaction and team performance. This role involves a combination of client relationship management, operational leadership, and team development, with a strong focus on maintaining health and safety standards. The Area Manager also plays a key role in recruitment, HR procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and meeting contractual obligations. Operational Leadership: Overseeing daily operations across various sites, supervising teams, subcontractors, and service providers. Team Development: Leading, motivating, and developing teams to foster a positive and high-performing work environment. Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with company policies, relevant legislation, and financial targets. Recruitment & HR: Assisting with recruitment, vetting, and ensuring adherence to HR procedures. Financial Management: Operating within and managing the P&L for the assigned area. Performance Management: Ensuring contractual service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved and maintained. Reporting: Generating and compiling monthly client reports. Health & Safety: Ensuring all health and safety standards are maintained, advising on potential risks, and conducting inspections. Quality Assurance: Implementing and adhering to the company\'s quality assurance procedures. Training & Development: Supporting the development of team members, including coaching new managers and ensuring compliance with training standards.
