ABOUT JAYNE BREEN

An experienced Senior Manager delivering exceptional Operational Customer Experience within the Service Delivery Sector for circa 25 years. My career has predominantly been serving the Events, Transport and Retail Sectors across many industries, these include Travel, Leisure, Education, Construction & Health. I pride myself on transparency, always working closely with my teams encouraging improvements through strategic innovative planning. I am an excellent communicator with a very successful track record of man management/leadership. I have recruited, trained and managed both small and large teams at all levels. I have driven down costs both internally and externally whilst increasing efficiencies and profits whilst maintaining stakeholder buy in. A hugely committed and passionate individual who thrives on new challenges, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. I truly believe we should plan and aim to provide the customer with 100% satisfaction. It is important that the voice of the customer in any business drives that business. Having solely formed a successful Customer Services Support Centre which traded profitably for some 8 years prior to its successful sale, I can confidently say as a Managing Director within my own business that I provided strategic guidance and direction to ensure the Company achieved its financial vision, mission and long-term goals whilst always maintaining excellent customer satisfaction results. I am an experienced service quality manager, managing regimes and driving quality whilst continually improving processes.
