The review and negotiation of new and existing bank debt market transaction documentation where Issuer Services act in a Facility Agent or Security Agent capacity. •Liaising with arrangers, lenders, external counsel, group legal, compliance and tax where required. •Reviewing and negotiating Syndicated Loans (Real Estate Finance, Asset Backed Finance, Leveraged Finance, Project Export Finance) and the relevant security documentation. •Ensure that the relevant pre-closing procedures have been carried out, that the relevant approvals are in place and that KYC has been received. • Preparing the relevant Deal set-up templates to enable the operations team to input the relevant information into LoanIQ. •Analysing security questionnaires in relation to security to be taken in non-approved jurisdictions and ensuring appropriate approvals are in place from Group Legal. •Reviewing any conditions subsequent security required to be entered into.
