Coordinate portfolio of agricultural enterprise projects focusing on sustainable agriculture with smallholder farmers. TRANSFORM is a joint initiative between Unilever, Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and EY that aims to improve the lives of low-income households by supporting social enterprises in Africa and Asia. Since 2015 TRANSFORM has supported over 160 enterprise and research projects, in 19 countries, reaching 19m lives.
