Lead Project Engineer responsible for site engineering at the Victoria Project. Management of site engineers and technicians: engineering works; field works, design, procurement and schedule, change management, quality management and construction/ operations interface- Further works at DMC projects in Sudbury, supporting operational mine shutdowns: conveyor remediation, loading pocket works, feeder remediation- Development and implementation of site processes/ EPC framework for the project: procurement process, change management, quality control and engineering processes- Estimation exercises for future projects/ works- Packages (but not limited to): galloway construction/ installation and fit out, headframe construction, hoist/ winch installation (7x), VSM’s and jumbo, sheave install, hydraulic system and gantry cranes- Assisting with construction works; primarily structural and mechanical works (hoist install and galloway construction). Usage of tools and equipment associated to scope.
