ABOUT JAMES GONZALEZ
James (Jimmy) E. Gonzalez, LCAM Miami-Dade County Market Director Mr. Gonzalez started with LM Funding in November 2013, bringing with him an extensive background in Association Management, working as an On-Site Manager in a luxury, water front, mid-rise condominium Association in Bay Harbor Islands, and as the Director of Business Development/Portfolio Manager Supervisor with an international management firm. Prior to his Association Management experience, Mr. Gonzalez worked for several Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Gonzalez attended Miami-Dade College, is a licensed CAM and has successfully completed courses in Dale Carnegie’s Leadership Development, as well as, Best Business Practices. Mr. Gonzalez worked for 12 years in the health care industry as an Emergency Medical Technician/Orthopedic Technician in the ER, ICU and CCU at North Shore Medical Center. Here he learned the importance of life saving teamwork. He was also certified as an FAA approved Emergency Cabin Evacuation Instructor/In-flight Supervisor. With these managerial and team leading skills, Mr. Gonzalez then owned and operated a Mail Boxes Etc. national franchise for ten years. With his extensive multi industry experience, Mr. Gonzalez develops lasting relationships built on trust and integrity. Mr. Gonzalez’s philosophy regarding Community Associations is to educate all parties concerned (Managers, Board Members, Unit Owners, and Staff) about Condo and HOA matters and to assist them in making the best business decisions for the good and welfare of the entire community.
