Develop strategies for and conduct investigations of numerous potential violations of NCAA legislation to ensure the highest level of integrity, fair play and sportsmanship among member schools and their student-athletes.• Developed and presented multiply cases before the NCAA Committee on Infractions. • Exceptional ability in case development and management, employing NCAA protocols coupled with creative techniques in information gathering and fact finding using diverse resource networks, evidence analysis through team collaboration, research of the application of pertinent NCAA bylaws, and case management technology to document, task and create a knowledge management system.• Adept at preparing well-written, thorough, concise and factual case summary documents, the content of which has been sustained at higher management levels of review/action.• Serves as a member of the NCAA Selection Committee for the Accelerating Academic Success Program which awarded nearly 12 million dollars to institutions to assist with improving graduation rates. • Member of the NCAA Presidential Outreach Team which provides first-time chancellors and presidents with important information about the NCAA and the management of intercollegiate athletics. • Served as the NCAA Chair for the Enforcement Inclusion Guiding Team (EIGT) and led the development of a department-wide strategic inclusion plan to serve as the model for the national office.• Served as the Team Lead for the NCAA People of Color Employee Resource Group which seeks to enhance and empower employees in their work-life experiences at the NCAA.• Maintains an extensive national network of athletic industry professionals.• Engage in environmental scanning of best industry practices, current industry trends, and current industry practices to ensure relevance of NCAA compliance protocols.
