My focus is on delivering tangible results—better productivity, consistent quality, and processes that just work. Having spent years operating across both hygienic and industrial sectors within nutrition, food, pharmaceuticals, and battery applications. I bring strategic thinking to projects, a drive to work at pace, an ability to take complex issues and then rationalise to ensure all stakeholders are clear on the mission and route to achieve. I have successfully led cross-functional teams from across the globe and managed projects with the world’s biggest and most impactful brands, helping organisations make significant changes.
