My practice concentrates on commercial and insurance coverage litigation in State and Federal Courts throughout the Midwest and Mountain West. My experience includes the handling and resolution of first-party property claims, general commercial liability defense, the prosecution of declaratory matters for non-coverage under personal and commercial policies, as well as the defense of bad faith and extra contractual liability matters. I counsel both property and casualty carriers during the claim process, where I regularly conduct examinations under oath of my clients\' insureds and generate coverage opinions regarding the claims. Additionally, my practice also encompasses the representation of both municipal and corporate clients in general labor and employment matters, as well as trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation.
