Projects include core bank transformation change management, global learning and compliance solutions; talent analytics; risk management and reporting; workforce engagement; regulated change in Financial Markets and Retail Banking; large scale complex systems implementation and programme management. Project experience with SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Apple technologies and Portals.Academic activities include PgDip in Strategy and Innovation, MSC, MBA, BCS, BAOL and media, specialist publication and digital channel broadcast. I have also directed award winning teams in the field of learning and technology and served as a director at three high-growth companies.
