I’m a Talent Acquisition professional with 7+ years of experience across HR operations, sourcing, and full-cycle recruiting. I started my career guiding 40–50 candidates at a time through onboarding—managing background checks, verifying licenses, and ensuring a smooth start.Since then, I’ve grown into a trusted Talent Sourcer and Partner, leading global sourcing campaigns, training new team members, and becoming the go-to for high-priority, hard-to-fill roles. I’ve partnered closely with hiring managers to shape talent strategies, identify top candidates, conduct interviews, and extend offers.Most recently, I was selected to join a high-priority team focused on hiring Consult Partners—the primary revenue drivers for our client. Through my direct efforts, I successfully identified and secured nearly 20 top-tier professionals across Japan, Hungary, the Netherlands, Canada, Brazil, and the U.S. This work expanded my network to thousands of highly sought-after IT professionals with deep expertise in selling complex infrastructure services.
