ABOUT JAMES CLARK

An ambitious, conscientious professional with extensive experiences in Law enforcement, operation and event planning, project management, complex Wildlife, Rural, Waste and Organised Criminal Gang investigations. A highly organised and efficient individual, whose thorough and precise approach to projects has yielded excellent results within the police, a significant period of exemplary military service, current role and that of work supporting police officers in Ukraine. Recent achievements with my current employer include the implementation what is now a national initiative aimed at protecting animals.British ArmyOverseas deployments including operational tours of Northern Ireland.Police Exemplary service of 22 years gaining numerous qualifications and work-based competencies. With a good knowledge of the Wildlife and Countryside Act and Wildlife associated offences I have a number of noticeable successful prosecutions regarding Wildlife Crime. Conceived, implemented and project managed what is now a nationally recognised approach to dealing with Livestock attacks by dogs. Op Recall is a project aimed at Policing, Education, Enforcement and improving public confidence in the effectiveness of UK Police forces.In 2023 I established a not-for-profit project,\'Cops For Ukraine\'. Project managed the initiative and led a six-person team across Europe into Ukraine delivering several tons of humanitarian aid to six high risk locations. I dealt with the legal paperwork requirements for entry into Ukraine, the carriage of good from a non-EU country across Europe. I managed all travel movements and the safe facilitation and extraction of those involved in the trip.
