Jamal Bransford is a husband and father. He currently works as the Public Relations/ Marketing Coordinator at Westwood Heights Schools. Jamal Bransford is an Emmy Award-Winning Photojournalist, 2-Time Edward R. Murrow Award winner, and has won the Michigan Association of Broadcaster Photojournalist of the Year. Jamal Bransford has worked in Broadcast News for over 16 years, including WEYI NBC 25, WJRT ABC 12 and WDIV TV 4 in Detroit. Mr. Bransford graduated from Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts in 2001 and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Purdue University Global. Jamal Bransford has had an amazing career with 10 National Academy of Television of Arts and Science Emmy nominations and 5 Michigan Association of Broadcasters awards in several categories. Mr. Bransford sits on a number of boards including the National Association of Arts and Science of Michigan as the Board Treasurer.
