Transformation Programme in ERP area focused on transformation of 2 main business processes: • Purchase 2 Sale (P2S) for sales, distribution and after sales services of goods• Purchase 2 Invest (P2I) for investment, real estate and fixed assets maintenance Purchase 2 Sale project covers full omnichannel (all sales channels including dealers and 3rd parties), sales and fiscalisation front end for smart-stores, all supply chain operations including warehouse management, push and pull demand planning, picking, deliveries, omnichannel goods returns and document management. Purchase 2 Invest project covers implementation of one unified and automated investment process instead of several independent processes and contains: budgeting, needs gathering and assessment, project management and project portfolio management, investment purchasing and warehouses, asset life cycle management including asset maintenance process. The programme is implementing new processes based on best market practice and ERP standard and top down approach (standard ERP process with reimplementation of ASIS processes). The programme contains all necessary Business Change Management activities needed to implement new processes in the organization. Implementation is based on SAP platform and will use: SAP ERP for Retail (FI/CO/MM//SD/PS), SAP APO, SAP Fiori, SAP PPM, cProjects, SAP BO, SAP BI, SAP WPB, SAP TDMS, SAP PO, SAP EP, and HANA Live. Whole solution is using HANA database. Programme includes integration with ORACLE Fusion financial solution, IFS, SAP HR and OSS systems.
