After 1 year, quickly promoted to Senior Engineer due to my passion and drive for delivering successful projects. Technical Project Management - integrating scientific and materials research equipment into Nuclear Fusion Research Rooms, allowing growth of the Materials Research Facility. Managing teams of up to 5 engineers on projects up to 850k GBP. The responsible officer for full area lifecycle management of two of the facilities’ Test Development areas, with the use of collaborative robots. This includes preparation of the robot guarding, development area interlocks and developing personnel training matrices. This has led to improvements in handling radioactive materials in the facility. Engineering Lead – producing engineering designs, such as pressure systems or tooling integrations through the delivery of system documentation, manuals, Design Risk Assessments, and 3D models.
