Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, managing study contracts globally totaling over $15 Million. Led the end-to-end planning and execution of a 3-day international Investigator Meeting in Dallas, United States, for 120 attendees from 5 countries (Spain, UK, Brazil, US, Canada), including leading physicians and medical professionals from top institutions such as Columbia University Medical Center and Mayo Clinic. Developed and delivered all scientific and operational presentations in partnership with medical and program leadership, ensuring alignment with study objectives and global regulatory standards. Planned and executed a 2-day Investigator Meeting in Seoul, South Korea, for 45 physicians and medical professionals from South Korea and Taiwan, representing top institutions across the Asia-Pacific region. Led end-to-end coordination and delivered study-specific presentations to ensure site readiness and protocol alignment.
