I created a car segmentation model data mining and labelling Google satellite images from open-source images. From this, I could detect cars from satellite images and georeference the data onto GIS. Using a simple statistical measure of the road network\'s distance, I could map out the level of on-street parking at UK sites to optimize charging infrastructure for EV owners who will be in greater need of a charging infrastructure.
