As a Vice President of the Quakers athletic association, I Recruit approximately 80 of the 120 current members. To do so I found all of the emails of student-athletes at the University of Pennsylvania and sent them individual emails inviting them to our club. I also gave verbal invitations to every athlete I saw walking around campus, and hung up fliers with QR codes for student-athletes to scan in order to join the club.
