As Creative Lead, I take ownership of creative content across a range of platforms, working closely with the social media and marketing teams to plan and deliver engaging, audience-focused campaigns. My role blends hands-on content creation with creative direction — leading photography shoots, managing external agencies and freelancers, and overseeing projects from concept through to final delivery.While I often shoot photography myself, I also direct shoots and collaborate with creative partners to achieve strong, platform-appropriate visuals. Alongside photography, I produce graphic design assets, write copy and contribute creative ideas for internal and external communications. I regularly support the delivery of video content in collaboration with our in-house videographer, ensuring consistency across all creative output.In addition to my core creative responsibilities, I manage digital marketing campaigns, which recently contributed to record levels of email sign-ups and sales. I also support our CRM team by writing email marketing copy, ensuring content aligns with campaign objectives and audience needs. Acting as a content gatekeeper for the business, I work closely with other departments such as Alternative Revenue (merchandise), maintaining creative standards and brand consistency across all outputs.
