With a strong foundation in account management, sales, and customer support, I build and nurture lasting relationships, ensuring high client retention, loyalty, and the delivery of value-added services.I began my journey with Sage in 2017 as a Sales Apprentice in our Newcastle office. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to progress through various areas of the business, including sales, collections, and customer loyalty. Now based in our Manchester office, I am excited to take on my current role, where I am deeply motivated by the opportunity to help accountants grow their businesses and achieve their professional goals.
