As the Practice Lead for Accounting & Finance Western Canada, I lead a team of Account Managers and Recruiters committed to providing world-class staffing services and managed solutions to our clients.I\'m responsible for client acquisition, saturation and retention of my own clientele, as well mapping the growth strategy of our division and the development of the Account Managers in my purview. Our solutions offer a great deal of flexibility as we can provide contract resources on an individual basis or via SOW. My clients most always have some form of financial transformation initiative in process; we add value through provision of SMEs, ERP Implementation Consultants, Financial Analysts, Accountants, or AR/AP/Billing/Payroll specialists. Quality is our differentiator in the marketplace and the cornerstone of our strategy.
