Review orders coming through Revenue Help Desk to ensure all the orders are booked correctly and revenue is calculated correctly before approving them.• Help and owned month-end closing activities such as creating and positing journal entries, maintaining the general ledgers, reconciling accounts.• Create and maintain deferred revenue tracker by working with different cross functional teams such as claims, AP/AR.• Work heavily with SAP to record all financial related data and achieve all the reports.• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis report including but not limited to MEA Analysis, SSPs, etc. • Performed analysis to get the accurate Standalone Selling Price (SSPs) for all different company products. • Created Multiple Element Agreement (MEA) analysis to compare/check variance in current accounting approach vs target approach.• Review and approve SFDC contracts with a focus on revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease classification (ASC 842), and RAR purposes.• Implemented RAR and performed all RAR related activities such as contract migration, data validation, etc. which led to successful RAR implementation in SAP • Perform User Accepted Testing (UAT) in testing environment and production to check accuracy and completeness of the new RAR tool.• Performed UAT to determine correct SSPs, identifying performance obligation (POBs) for different products, and allocating revenue accordingly.• Review, reconcile, and validate different reports, RAR and non-RAR GL accounts, and more.• Support internal and external auditors with their questions and queries and provide all the backups and supports for requested documents.• Work on different ad-hoc projects.
