ABOUT JAKE CLARIDGE

Jake is a highly motivated NEC4 ECC-accredited Senior Project Manager with 9 years of experience in civil engineering and construction, currently working within the Complex Projects sector at AtkinsRéalis. He has successfully delivered a range of high-profile infrastructure projects across the South West and Wales, acting as Project Manager under the NEC suite of contracts, with a strong focus on transportation and active travel schemes.Jake combines practical site supervision experience with strategic project and programme management, enabling him to take full ownership of project lifecycles - from design and contract administration to stakeholder engagement and delivery. He is proficient in contract management systems such as CEMAR and has a deep understanding of the NEC suite of contracts. In addition to his project responsibilities, Jake leads the Early Careers Apprentices in the Bristol office, supporting the development of emerging talent and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. His leadership skills were first developed through the Air Cadets, where he achieved the rank of Flight Sergeant, gaining valuable experience in organisation, discipline, and team leadership.He holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil and Environmental Engineering, is a Full Member of the Association of Project Management (MAPM) and is a Charted Construction Manager through the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Jake is committed to continuous professional development, currently working towards Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) status.
