I oversee a varied clientele of infrastructure finance customers with a range of equipment needs. I use creditworthiness scoring models to impact loan decisions and evaluate important financial variables as part of my experience in financial analysis, decision-making, and risk management techniques. As part of my job, I also oversee client limit sanctioning and credit approvals. In order to minimise risks and maximise credit facilities, I supervise trading, derivatives, and settlement limits while making sure credit regulations are followed. To enhance portfolio performance, I work with internal teams and investment managers to execute credit grading, strategic risk assessments, and annual reviews. I also oversee real estate portfolios, assess the feasibility of projects, and offer suggestions to improve risk management techniques. I actively support the creation and upkeep of covenants, promoting efficient risk management for all clients.
