Jaish has a pragmatic, results-driven approach to business analysis and problem solving. His strong background in Oracle systems, including Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) and Taleo, has enabled him to easily adapt to Oracle’s cloud offerings, including Oracle HCM Global HR (CoreHR) and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). During the implementation of ORC at Jefferies, Jaish played a key role in collaborating with the System Integrator. This collaboration helped ensure the successful implementation of ORC.
