OurMission at Source is simple, “To be the Recruitment company of choice.” Source was created on the basis of doing recruitment in the right way, always upholding our core values and keeping them at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves in taking the time to know and understand our clients’ business and their goals as well as our candidates and their career aspirations to ensure we are always making the right match. We work closely with everyone involved to manage timings around the recruitment process and ensure everyone’s expectations are managed along the way because this is what ensures a smooth process, either securing you your dream job or securing the best talent for your business. We will always deliver honestly and our aim is to bring recruitment back to what it should be: a consultative role, which is passionately carried out with skill, by highly-trained consultants. As a business we specialise in permanent, freelance and contract roles in creative, digital and media recruitment. My role at Source is to find more talented client services, project managers and producers to work for our growing portfolio of London agencies. I recently joined Source as a Resourcer helping the Perm Team find Talents. My favourite thing about working at Source is the people, from Directors to Associate Consultants, everyone is involved in business decisions and we all work together to create a collaborative and all-around excellent culture.
