ABOUT JAIMY NIKIJULUW

I have infinite energy and perseverance when doing something that makes sense. You know, simple things, like making the world a better place. I see systems in chaos and intervene in ways that create order and efficiency. I optimize communication and operational workflows, ensuring that everything is of the highest possible quality. For 11 years, I worked my way up in the production side of CG animated projects and loved it. If you know the industry, you know it\'s fast, it\'s a LOT, and not one day is the same, which are things I thrive on. Why I got up early effortlessly- being part of a creative, multidisciplinary team- making their working conditions as smooth as possible- and working together on something big to be released into the world. As one of the first production assistants in the company, I helped build the foundation of planning, tracking, evaluating, reporting, and optimizing digital productions. I led international teams from 15 to 80 people on-site and remotely, and organized teambuilding events to contribute to solid collaboration between different departments. Being fluent in Dutch, English, and French, I conducted review meetings and negotiated creative solutions in a client-facing role. Over time, I grew into a senior position, training assistants to be autonomous in their departments, and overseeing multiple productions simultaneously with an awesome production team. But I\'m looking for more. I need a bigger purpose.
