Proud to have lead the end to end change journey for the winner of the SAP innovation awards industry leader 2025.I am a true end to end global change lead, with a proven track record in driving successful large scale digital transformation initiatives across diverse, global organisations. I develop tailored strategy and governance based on real experience of success and failure, as well as proven methodologies like Prosci ADKAR.I\'m hands on, and thrive on being in the middle of the action. You\'ll find me running ice breakers and coordinating catering at global training events for hundreds of end users, that ive personally created TNAs, training plans and material for. I\'ve built e learning, worked with LMS and comfortable with GXP requirements. I won\'t pretend to be an expert in the as is and to be process for areas I\'ve not directly worked in - but I\'m confident in leading a thorough change process and developing actions to mitigate impacts of change. I don\'t just identify, map and stance track stakeholders, but form relationships based on honesty and trust, from interns to CFOs. I\'m happy coordinating meetings and leading on tough conversations.I love comms! I have a keen eye for detail, know how to build a story and lead a wide range of stakeholders on the change journey. Townhalls, newsletters, social platforms, intranet pages - count me in. I make sure the change enablers don\'t just feed into business readiness, but make sure they actually do their job, to land the change. KPI tracking, benefits cases, adoption strategies - I\'ve got those covered too.I\'d like to think my skill set is diverse, and quite unique. I\'m ready to hit the ground running.
