ABOUT JAHNAVI PATEL

As an Area Manager at Amazon Logistics, I lead and manage a team of associates to deliver high-quality and timely service to our customers. I leverage my data analysis skills to create and design business analysis databases, spreadsheets, and reports, and track and evaluate past and current business and market trends. I also use data to prepare forecasts for incoming product volume and labor planning for the operations, and to identify the root causes of project failures and successes for business learnings. I have a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management - Global Logistics from Seneca College, where I learned the fundamentals and best practices of global logistics, transportation, distribution, and inventory management. I also have a Graduate Certificate in Global Business Development - Hospitality from the same college, and a Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from IHM Mumbai. I am passionate about delivering excellence and innovation in the hospitality and logistics industries, and I am always eager to learn, develop, and grow within the organization.
