In my most recent role, I develop and employ procurement solutions against regional/local operational goals by directing local procurement teams. Also formulate and implement strategies/guidelines for areas, including process and excellence, risk/supplier management, and sourcing. Along with supporting execution of activities and initiatives by developing external/internal communications between business lines, I follow EU strategies, standard processes, and supply base whilst monitoring performance of leadership teams.
