This role at the Sure Group was primarily to manage and maintain our residential accounts in our healthcare division however, this was a 360 role which also included the following -• Recruiting candidates.• Rota coordination.• Using business development skills in order to progress the branch further which ultimately results in an increase of billing hours and profit margins whilst enabling our healthcare workers to continue to use their skills to provide our clients with a first-class experience.• Running weekly payroll across two branches for 80+ staff members.• Attending both potential and current client meetings.Using excel to project revenue and identify potential growth for the current/following quarter and to track KPI’s.
