ABOUT JAEHEE LEE
Chloe (Jaehee) Lee is an AI Governance design lead at IBM, with a background in UX design and design strategy. In her current role, she crafts design frameworks for AI governance systems, leveraging her human centered design experience to prioritize AI transparency, fairness, and compliance with regulatory standards. Her work ensures that AI technologies are not only innovative but also aligned with societal values. Previously, she worked for consumer-facing digital product UX design including smart home systems at LG Electronics R&D center in Seoul and an eCommerce platform for the luxury fashion at Versace in Milan.Outside of IBM, she also serves as the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at Snug, a real estate startup, where she leads the brand and UX strategy across digital and physical touch points.She’s born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, lived in Spain, England and Italy, and is currently based in Stuttgart, Germany. A dog mama and a serious fashion lover.
