Negotiating, valuing and acquiring property rights and interests, including access to BC Hydro facilities on First Nation impacted land- Providing advice on existing rights or deficiencies and the interpretation of documents- Providing advice on First Nations contacts, initiatives, legislation and reserve land management systems- Coordinating and providing instructions for legal surveys, drawings, appraisals, environment assessments, archaeology and heritage issues and the completion and registration of agreements and documentation- Participating on project teams for new projects and or resolution of First Nations grievances- Liaising with government agencies on property-related issues associated with First Nations lands- Travelling to First Nation Reserves to give presentations on our legal (land) documents so that there is a better understanding of our Agreements
