My background in HR, A&R management, beauty, and creative strategy allows me to bridge what most people treat as separate realms: business operations, narrative development, talent management, and cinematic marketing.Today, I serve as a Creative Producer and Assistant Director at Captiv Creative, where I help brands show up with personality, purpose, and polish. I build campaigns from the ground up — shaping narratives, directing talent, guiding production, and ensuring every moving part lands with intention. My work blends vision and logistics: the big-picture story and the beat-by-beat execution that makes it real.My HR roots taught me how to recognize potential, develop talent, and create environments where creative and corporate teams actually thrive.
