I am and always have been, motivated to provide the best possible value proposition for the customers. Solving their needs and pains brings me satisfaction and so, I would say I\'m rather altruistic of heart. Consequently, my choice of learning institution has been one that focused on the end-user. My education has developed my ability to improve the models, organisations, networks, and relationships that I\'m confronted with, in a structured and professional manner. My professional work experience has taught me that what they taught at University was mostly right (user needs are everything), but time is a luxury that companies in a competitive market rarely have. I am ambitious and have managed to achieve the goals I\'ve set out to accomplish because I am practical and creative. I\'m a worker who gets the job done. I\'m an analyst who performs research before demanding change. I\'m a strategist who thinks ahead and creates a plan for each goal. I\'m a leader who realised that the strength of any organisation is to be found in its members. I am an open, honest, rational, provoking, creative, caring, extrovert, team player, big-time life enthusiast who causes things to happen. Eccentric yet effective.
