I\'m known for turning complex operational challenges into streamlined, human-centred solutions.As the franchise owner of Seasons Art Class Hawke\'s Bay, I\'ve spent seven years doing something I love, making quality art education accessible and empowering adults to rediscover their creativity. Running a small business has sharpened my skills in brand growth, customer experience, process improvement, and community building.Beyond my professional roles, I\'m committed to the growth and well-being of the Hawke\'s Bay community. I currently serve as Vice Chair of the Havelock North Business Association. I am a former trustee of Trade Aid New Zealand, where I advocated for ethical business and fair trade principles.
